By submitting a launch intake form, making a payment, or using any JAJPO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
JAJPO provides launch readiness auditing, affiliate economics analysis, and related consulting services for digital product vendors. Services are described in detail on our Services page and are subject to change without notice.
JAJPO reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet our content or quality standards.
All service fees are listed in USD and due in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our payment provider. Once work has commenced on your audit (typically within 4 hours of submission), refunds are not available.
If we determine we cannot complete your audit for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Standard audit turnaround is 48 hours from confirmed submission. Launch Sprint and Affiliate Recruitment timelines are outlined in their respective service descriptions. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided at intake.
All JAJPO reports, frameworks, scoring methodologies, and website content are the intellectual property of JAJPO and Johnson Oinam. You may use delivered reports for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish JAJPO reports or methodologies without written permission.
We treat all submitted launch information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may reference aggregated, anonymised data for internal research and published analysis.
JAJPO's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
JAJPO reports reflect analysis and opinion based on available information at the time of audit. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Results from implementing JAJPO recommendations are not guaranteed. Affiliate and launch performance depends on many factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, particularly in cases of prohibited use or non-payment. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.
