Layer A — Offer Foundation

The base layer. If the offer itself is unclear, undifferentiated, or wrongly priced, no amount of affiliate economics will save the launch.

Can a cold visitor understand the product in 10 seconds? Score the sales page — not the product idea. If an affiliate can't explain it in one sentence, they won't promote it.

Is there proven buyer appetite? Must cite at least one verifiable data point — search volume, competitor revenue, community size, or platform sales rank.

Customer retention and lifetime value — the compounding commission signal. High LTV means higher long-term affiliate ROI and better future promotion potential.

Partner Platform Maturity + Affiliate Support

PartnerStack, Tolt, Rewardful, or Google Sheet? Full asset library or referral link only? Platform maturity signals operational commitment to affiliate success.

Hard-Floor Disqualifiers

Any one of these 6 conditions triggers an automatic Skip verdict — regardless of the total score. These are non-negotiable conditions serious affiliates check before anything else.

Documented payout disputes
Public complaints or chargebacks about withheld commissions from previous launches.
Third-party cookies only
Attribution relies entirely on third-party cookies — blocked in most modern browsers.
Cookie window under 30 days
Minimum threshold. Anything under 30 days fails attribution for most product types.
No clawback policy disclosed
Missing refund/clawback policy creates unknown liability for affiliates. Immediate flag.
FTC-violation claims
Active or documented FTC-related complaints about income claims or disclosure violations.
Rebrand of a refunded product
Previously launched product with documented mass refunds, relaunched under a new name.
